regarding: a) Athletic fields committee report
b) Warner Library cost sharing
3. At 8:30 p.m.: Fred Maus, Chair, Tarrytown Ethics Committee – review of
proposed revised ethics code.

4. At 9:30 p.m.: Executive session followed by a public resolution regarding a personnel appointment.
