PRESENT: Mayor Fixell presiding; Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, McGovern, and Zollo; Village Administrator McCabe; Village Treasurer Hart; Village Engineer McGarvey; and Village Attorney Shumejda
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR THE POSITION OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR – MICHAEL BLAU
Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee Butler, and unanimously carried that the following be approved: Approved: 7-0
BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an employment contract for the position of Village Administrator (subject to the review of the Village Attorney) with Michael Blau for a term of one year at an annual salary of $168,500 commencing on or about April 14, 2008.

Trustee Basher moved, seconded by Trustee Hoyt and unanimously carried, that the meeting be adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
