Executive Session No. 28

PRESENT: Mayor Fixell presiding; Trustees Basher, Butler, Hoyt, McGee, and McGovern; Village Administrator McCabe and Village Attorney Shumejda
ABSENT: Trustee Zollo
On the 27th day of February 2008, in the Municipal Building, 21 Wildey Street, Tarrytown, New York 10591, at a meeting of the Board of Trustees, a Motion was made to go into Executive Session to discuss the employment history a particular individual pursuant to the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York. The motion was made by Trustee Hoyt and Seconded by Basher.
In the Executive Session, a Motion was made by Trustee McGee and seconded by Trustee Butler to change the date of the hearing on the charge against a particular individual from March 4, 2008 to May 6, 2008. The Motion was approved by the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees voted to conclude the Executive Session and return to the meeting.
