Board of Trustees Meeting - 4/6/2020

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, and in the interest of maintaining proper social distancing, the April 6 8:00 PM Tarrytown Board of Trustees Meeting will be held via Zoom Video Conferencing.  

For Zoom Participants

First, if you do not yet have Zoom, download one of the following, depending on your device:

  1. Zoom Client for Meetings (desktop)
  2. Zoom Cloud Meetings – Apple Mobile App
  3. Zoom Cloud Meetings – Google Play Mobile App

Then, to view the live meeting, as well as to present audio public comment during the live meeting  click here.

Once in the meeting, you’ll be able to use the “Raise Your Hand” icon to signal your interest to speak.

For Telephone Call-in Participation (no Zoom software needed)

If you wish to participate by phone instead of through Zoom, here’s how:

Call-in Number: 1-929-205-6099

Meeting ID: 620 045 624 (then follow the prompts; no response to participant ID is needed)

Once public comment opens, press “*9” to “raise your hand” and enter the speaking queue. You may also submit written comment to cbooth@tarrytowngov.com.
