1. 117 No. Washington St. ARB approval for repairs and renovations to an existing
(Fixell/Hudson Residence) concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall.
New:
2. 80 Van Wart Avenue ARB approval of a six foot high privacy fence on the east
(Heuter Residence) and south side and five foot high picket fence on the west side of the house.
3. 53 Rosehill Avenue ARB approval to construct a new four car garage.
(Clarfeld Residence)
4. 90 Grove Street ARB approval to replace and extend existing gate to parking
(Butler Residence) in rear of property facing Fairview Avenue.
5. 37 Tappan Landing Road ARB approval to repave pathway at front entrance and
(Morgan Residence) erect an 18” wall at side of property.
