Filming is defined as "The filming, videotaping, recording or otherwise capturing of commercials, movies, television programs, documentaries, photo shoots, internet programs or other similar operations." If you are conducting this activity, it likely needs a permit.
All participants are bound by the rules & regulations that exist within the Village of Tarrytown, and furthermore to adhere to all procedures set in place by the Village of Tarrytown. As such, we invite you to review Chapter 157 of the Tarrytown Village Code, pertaining to filming.

Public Property - $2,500 – 1st day; $2,000 each day thereafter
Private Property - $1,500 – 1st day; $1,000 each day thereafter
Non-for-profit - $250 – 1st day; $125 each day thereafter
Student - $100 – 1st day; $50 each day thereafter

$40.00 per metered space, per day (all categories)
POLICE SERVICE FEE
Cost of Police Officer - $150.00 Hourly
Police Department Administrative Fee: $250/day
