Board of Trustees Meeting - 2/16/2020

The February 16 7:00 PM Tarrytown Board of Trustees Meeting is being held via Zoom videoconferencing pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic that authorizes public meetings to be held pursuant to videoconferencing. Should the Governor remove the ability to hold video teleconferencing for public meetings, the meetings will be duly renoticed accordingly.

Then, to view the live meeting, as well as to present audio public comment during the live meeting  click here.

Once in the meeting, you’ll be able to use the “Raise Your Hand” icon to signal your interest to speak.

Members of the public who wish to have an item “screen shared” (i.e. displayed during the meeting) during their public comment must submit their files to Administrator@tarrytowngov.com no later than 12PM February 16.

Once public comment opens for an agenda item, press “*9” to “raise your hand” and enter the speaking queue. Anyone may also submit written comment ahead of time to cbooth@tarrytowngov.com.
