Planning Board Meeting

The January 25 6:00 PM Tarrytown Planning Board Meeting is being held via Zoom videoconferencing pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic that authorizes public meetings to be held pursuant to videoconferencing. Should the Governor remove the ability to hold video teleconferencing for public meetings, the meetings will be duly renoticed accordingly.

Once in the meeting, you’ll be able to use the “Raise Your Hand” icon to signal your interest to speak.

For Telephone Call-in Participation (no Zoom software needed)

If you wish to participate by phone instead of through Zoom, here’s how:

Meeting ID: 880 3141 5078 (then follow the prompts; no response to participant ID is needed)

Once public comment opens for an agenda item, press “*9” to “raise your hand” and enter the speaking queue.

Public Written Comment, including documents that the public would like to have shown/screen shared during the meeting, will be received until 12 noon on Friday January 22, 2020 in order to be included at the meeting (note: that such items will be shared by the Village on the commenters' behalf).  All submissions should be emailed to:  lmeszaros@tarrytowngov.com
