Planning Board Meeting
Due to the Governor revoking the New York State of Emergency relating to COVID-19, the June 28 6:00 PM Tarrytown Planning Board Meeting will be held both IN PERSON at 1 Depot Plaza, Tarrytown NY 10591 (Village Hall) and via zoom video conference.
For Zoom Participants
First, if you do not yet have Zoom, download one of the following, depending on your device:
- Zoom Client for Meetings (desktop)
- Zoom Cloud Meetings – Apple Mobile App
- Zoom Cloud Meetings – Google Play Mobile App
Then, to view the live meeting, as well as to present audio public comment during the live meeting click here.
Once in the meeting, you’ll be able to use the “Raise Your Hand” icon to signal your interest to speak.

For Telephone Call-in Participation (no Zoom software needed)
If you wish to participate by phone instead of through Zoom, here’s how:

Meeting ID: 817 9398 6060 (then follow the prompts; no response to participant ID is needed)
Once public comment opens for an agenda item, press “*9” to “raise your hand” and enter the speaking queue.
Public Written Comment, including documents that the public would like to have shown/screen shared during the meeting, will be received until 12 noon on Friday, June 25, 2021 in order to be included at the meeting (note: that such items will be shared by the Village on the commenters' behalf).
