Notice of road closures and transit service suspensions
- Governor Hochul has declared a State of Emergency for NYC, the Hudson Valley including Westchester County and Long Island
- County Executive Latimer has declared a State of Emergency for Westchester County
- Metro North has suspended service on the Hudson, Harlem and New Haven Lines
- MTA has suspended service on multiple subway lines due to flooding in certain stations and track lines

Regional Road Closures
- Many major parkways are closed due to flooding including the Saw Mill River Parkway, Bronx River Parkway, Hutchinson River Parkway, Cross County Parkway, and others.
Flash Flood Warning
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning through 4 p.m. today.
We urge everyone to stay home or remain at your current location until it is safe and clear to travel. Those who must head out are urged to use extreme caution and check the status of your mode of transit transportation and/or roadways to make sure your route of travel is clear and not closed before you go.
