Tarrytown Village Court Postponed - 3/17/2020

March 17, 2020

Due to ongoing concerns regarding the spread and transmission of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Westchester County and in accordance with the directive of the New York State Unified Court Systems, effective immediately all civil and criminal cases pending in the Tarrytown Village Court shall be postponed for a period of at least 45 days, or longer should circumstances require.  The court is in the process of notifying all persons having scheduled appearances in the court of a new adjourn date. In addition, the court is notifying the attorneys of all represented parties. In the event that you do not receive notice from the Court with your new date and time to appear please call the Court at the above number or contact us by the above e-mail.  

All eviction proceedings and pending eviction orders shall be suspended until further notice. If you are a tenant who has been subject to a landlord lockout you shall not be subject to the 45 day postponement and may appear before a designated County Court judge or this Court depending upon the date and time of the application.

All uncontested vehicle and traffic tickets and parking tickets should be paid on line or mailed in.
