Parks Rules and Regulations

Please enjoy and respect our park by adhering to the following rules:

1. Please keep our parks clean. Use the recycling and garbage bins provided.
2. Smoking of all kinds is prohibited in our Park and parking lots.
3. Alcohol consumption and service is only allowed in the Pierson Park Picnic Pavilion with a Village permit.
4. Open fires and portable grills are prohibited due to safety concerns.
5. No loud music.
6. Dogs must be leashed. Bag dispensers are provided to help with clean-up.
7. Please do not feed the geese or other wildlife.
8. A Village permit is required if you are planning to gather with 12 or more people, set up a tent or structure of any kind, play organized sports or team games, or sell anything in the park.
